Are you playing to win or playing to play?

Today I was talking to someone about launching their podcast.

- they’ve been sitting on this idea for a while
- they’ve done a lot of prep work
- they’re scared to launch it
- they’ve already had people tell them that they should change the name

We’re here to keep the game going.

For ourselves.

And others.

This isn’t just about making money.

It’s about feeling called to do the work.
