Leadership is the projection of our light (and our darkness) on a world that we shape as we see fit.
Our impact depends on whether we lead with light or darkness.
Knowing which is the inner work.
You are called to lead.
And you are called to lead from the inside out.
So check what’s going on inside.

- What are your values?
- What are your needs?
- What are your wants?
How clear are you about those?
Very clear…?
Then it’s really time to lead.
Love this post Carlos, particularly with the highlighting of us all being leaders and all followers in our communities. This also speaks to our sense of agency, this is where much work lies I feel, in empowering each of us to recognise our own unique leadership styles, and that leadership can lie in the most unexpected places.
