What if you ran your business in the same way that you’d tend a garden?
With patience, care, and surrender.

Plants need nurturing and time to grow.
They need our care and attention so that they flower.
And when they flower they attract bees and butterflies that look for nourishment.
There’s no aggressive marketing and selling tactics here.
Those who need us are naturally drawn to what we offer.

“You are afraid to surrender because you don’t want to lose control. But you never had control; all you had was anxiety.”
Elizabeth Gilbert
You can’t control a garden.
Nature has its way of getting through the cracks.
We can only provide the conditions to encourage flourishing.
Sh!t happens.
Storms appear.
Soil gets washed away or the sun burns through leaves.
We can’t control the elements.
We can just work with what happens.
We can get back on our knees and tend the garden.
And guide it back to the vision.
When that vision is clear and you don’t hold on to it too tightly you build the resilience to keep going.
